Set up as in the diagram players perform a combination of explosive strength-speed actions in the middle of which players perform a finishing action, for the return continue with the sequence of actions . The players perform these at maximum intensity in the action part and very slowly between actions. In series of 5-6’ players perform 4-5 actions, which may include :A. Forward (7m) – Back (3m) right + Forward (7m) – Back (3m.) left B.Length of stride in 15m. C.Shot on goal following pass from left.D.Skipping for 10m. Attack 4:2+1G. Circuit of explosive strength of specific-technical action. In a circuit of 6 stations players alternate different exercises of strength (focusing on different manifestations) while practising a wing attack. The stations would be as follows:: Sprint forward-back and sprint to cross ball for arrival of forwards. Drop Jump from bench 50 cm outwards, turn + drop jump inwards + 60cm hurdle jump + defence. Frequency and start at far post after slalom simulating dummy movement at near post. Drop Jump outwards from 50 cm bench, turn + drop jump inwards + 60cm hurdle jump + defence. multijumps of 40 cm and arrive at penalty spot to shoot. Accelerations-decelerations at cones (forward, lateral, forward, backwards, lateral, turn) and exit near post. The drill is begun by the player on the wing when he decides. Maximum intensity.
