SESSION WINTER 6

STRUCTURAL
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
STRUCTURAL Circuit of structural strength + transfe FEG05

Set up as in the diagram, players perform the following circuit of station s with weights. This circuit is continuous and of stations based on repetitions. Players perform 8 repetitions at each station of lower train and 20 of preventive work, with a rest at change of station. Players perform 3 series. The stations are as follows: 1.squat (40Kg) + 4 header jumps. 2.Upper abdominal with legs raised 90º. 3.Abductors-Adductors pairs contraposition + 6 x 10m lateral run-pass. 4.Lower abdominal. 5.Calf (40Kg) + Frequency forwards-backwards. 6.Oblique abdominals. 7.Starts (30 Kg) + Sprint 7m-Back 3m- sprint 3m. 8.Lumbars on floor. 9.Hamstrings opposition teammate+eccentric + 50m run.10.Push-ups.

DOMAIN-HANDLING
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
DOMAIN-HANDLING Hexagon of 6 consecutive actions DMN08

As shown in the diagram and animation, players perform sequence of 6 consecutive actions of
ball control, all finishing at the same point where they began. The actions to be executed can be
established previously and performed in an established order, they can be the same on the
6 sides, different, they can be performed randomly or actions can be performed totally at the
player's discretion without any previously established sequence. After executing the action of
control, players pass the ball to the next team mate and take up position at the start .The
variety of actions can be as extensive as the coach sees fit, including for example: step on
the ball sole and lateral roll, alternate strikes with the instep, lateral roll and stop with instep
of other foot, dribble step on the ball and turn, dribble pass foot and turn, interior, exterior turn,
step on the ball bring it back and leave inside-outside, step on the ball pass behind
non-kicking foot, 45º turn,…

3 Use de both legs and both sides in all executive dynamics.
4 Seek speed of execution and perceptive action after mechanisation of actions.

CONTROL-RECEIVING
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
CONTROL-RECEIVING Control back to goal in threes CON03

Set up as in the diagram 3 players perform changes for a set time in which 2 (the ones on the ends make the passes) and the one in the middle performs the control with a ball. Each of the wide players perform various frontal controls, alternating controls directed forward, behind the foot, after feint, at different heights,… If we execute exchanges with just one ball, players perform control and 180º turn alternating inside, outside, with instep, with outstep,…

LEARNING LEVEL OBJECTIVES
