SESSION WINTER 10

GAMES
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
GAMES Football tennis JIN01

As shown in the diagram, 2 teams of 4-5-6 players play each other on a 20x10m pitch (depending on number of players ), divided by a fence or net in the middle. We can set the rules as we wish, but normally use the following :the ball can bounce once in one's own half but only before someone touches it. Each team is allowed 3 touches alternately. The service cannot be returned immediately. There is no second service

LEARNING LEVEL OBJECTIVES
All Development of specific motor skills with ball

ASSIST-KICK
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
ASSIST-KICK Basic interaction 1 PAS08

As shown in the diagram and animation, players perform a sequence of pre-established
movements between 4 players , starting and finishing at the same point and with the option
of executing this to one side or the other. The sequence of the combination of skills is as follows:
A begins the move with a forward pass to the feet of B, after this he dummies and escapes his
marker in support. B, after receiving the ball with one touch, combines with A, who has offered
support facing him, helping him in a more intermediate zone.B, after controlling the ball (or not,
depending on the group's executive perceptive quality), combines with C or D, seeking action of
3rd man (in this case with D), after dummying and escaping marker in support of the latter.D,
plays first touch with B. B, with or without control (depending on the speed of displacement
and action of D), sends a long ball into free space, for the arrival of D, who effects a long turn
behind the back of the “hypothetical” adversary. , D, after receiving, dribbles to the point where
A started A. The moment of execution of each action is crucial (with or without ball ), and the
executive mechanisms chosen for each solution to be developed. The action is performed
alternately on both sides, with or without passive defence and positions are rotated, players
moving to where they pass the ball (1 to 3, 3 to 2, 2 to 4, and 4 to 1)

ARRIVALS
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
ARRIVALS Long attack between 6 for 4-2-3-1 LEG18

Following the spatial distribution shown in the diagram, 2 different attacks on goal between 5 players . The combination is developed with the following actions: •1st: IL passes to IR, who after support fromattacking midfielder plays with DC to his feet. The latter lays off for attacking midfielder so that he plays on the wing with ED who crosses for the arrival of DC at the near post, attacking midfielder at the far post, EI at distance and IL for rebound. After a set amount of time or actions change wings. Positions remain stable.
