As shown in the diagram below, and
positioning the group to the right of the
diagram, we execute
the following motor
actions: 1. Simple contact between hoops. 2.
Rhythm a cones, 2 forward and 1
back
consecutively. 3. Length of stride between
poles. 4. 2 shots on goal with right and
left instep 5.
Skipping 10m. 6. Skapping
(heels to backside) 10m. 7. 3 multis of
quadriceps 8. Exit. Players
perform series
of no more than 6’ (4-5 actions) with 2-3’
rest between series.

Short attack diamond with Wall pass

RMT07 |
Set up as in the diagram, attacks between 4 players changing
wing after a set time and including a wall-pass. A starts
with pass and return to B, who gradually moves out
diagonally looking for depth to play on the wing, A in turn
heads for the cone and plays a 1-2 with C after which he
hits a long pass to B for him to cross, D meanwhile moves
from side to side in support of A, after the wing move C
runs to the near post, D behind to the far post and A waits
for any rebound. Positions can be maintained or rotated.

Following the diagram, we execute a wing
attack in zone of creation between 3 players . Players thus perform 3
movements in order to pass the ball to the forward zone (if free) or to
the back zone (if the forward zone is not free). If the most advanced
player is not accompanied by his marker when he starts his move, then we
pass the ball to him.
