SESSION SPRING 3

STRUCTURAL
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
STRUCTURAL Circuit of structural strength + transfe FEG05

Set up as in the diagram, players perform the following circuit of station s with weights. This circuit is continuous and of stations based on repetitions. Players perform 8 repetitions at each station of lower train and 20 of preventive work, with a rest at change of station. Players perform 3 series. The stations are as follows: 1.squat (40Kg) + 4 header jumps. 2.Upper abdominal with legs raised 90º. 3.Abductors-Adductors pairs contraposition + 6 x 10m lateral run-pass. 4.Lower abdominal. 5.Calf (40Kg) + Frequency forwards-backwards. 6.Oblique abdominals. 7.Starts (30 Kg) + Sprint 7m-Back 3m- sprint 3m. 8.Lumbars on floor. 9.Hamstrings opposition teammate+eccentric + 50m run.10.Push-ups.

DOMAIN-HANDLING
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
DOMAIN-HANDLING Chain of 3 actions in 3 squares. DMN05

Set up as in the diagram, players execute an action of a different predetermined control at each
of the cones on the way and on the way back. After finishing players give the ball to the team
mate waiting . Various actions can be performed, including the following: Roll consecutively,
lateral roll and stop with instep of other foot, dribble step on the ball and turn, dribble pass foot
and turn, interior, exterior turn, step on the ball roll back and exit interior-exterior, step on the
ball pass behind non-kicking foot, 45º turn,…

LEARNING LEVEL OBJECTIVES
10-13 years Acquire ball control skills
NUMBER OF PLAYERS VARIATIONS

CONTROL-RECEIVING
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
CONTROL-RECEIVING Collective skill control 2 CON08

As shown in the diagram and animation, players perform a sequence of movements between 6 players , starting and finishing at the same point. the players have total freedom to execute the movement they regard as appropriate and perform, or not, the skilled control they prefer for the tactical optimisation of said movement, given the tactical context generated by this movement. The only action they cannot choose is the evolution of the combination, so they must always pass to the player established in the sequence, this being :A to B, B to C, C to D, D to E and E to F.The start is to one side and to the other (B to A,….) There is no limit to the actions that can be performed, and players will use those developed in mechanised collective skills executed in earlier stages, developing actions like these: Supporting escape from marking in front of opponent and return to the supporting player, supporting escape from marking to one side, behind,… Action of Wall-pass, direct or delayed, action of support and timing,… Dribble to establish adversary for fast subsequent action, create free space… Fast combinations of control-pass, first-touch combinations, actions of 1x1,….Communication via words and above all gestures is fundamental in order to know the action intended by the receiver and for the passer to adapt his movement accordingly, as is the moment of execution of each action (with or without ball ), and the executive mechanisms chosen for each solution given the action to be developed. Depending on the perceptive level of the players , this freedom of action can be executed: Only in a certain position. Choice between only 2 pre-established movements. Choose the type of sequence, but after choosing it perform the pre-established one. Execute double intermediate combinations.Etc.
