Motor skills circuit aerial play |
CIN04 |
Distributed as in the diagram, in groups
players perform 6 motor actions then execute a fast attack of 3 forwards
against 2 defenders from a cross. The actions can be as follows :Slalom
with ball + lateral cross, turns at cones facing opposition goal and
defence. Frequency in poles, reach cone and turn to reach far post, 5m
forwards and run backwards to defend. Pass over hurdles and arrival at
far post, lateral run backwards, turn and arrival to shoot. Importance
of the motor actions, speed of execution and actions of attack defence

GAME REAL SITUATION |
HEADLAND |
EXERCISE |
CODE |
GAME REAL SITUATIO |
RS Direct style |
SRO01 |
Real match situation, any size of pitch
(depending on number of players ), between 2
teams of between 8 and 11 players , and any
distribution at their level of
competition(homogenous teams , first team
vs. the rest,…).A model of play is
established for each team (system, style and
basics) similar or different, directed or
not towards the situation to be developed in
the weekend competition. The goal, via the
task, is the consolidation and optimisation
of those aspects connected with our style of
play, worked on in the different tasks and
contents developed previously. To this end
the coach will observe and redirect in each
team the main tactical actions in the course
of attacking play in any situation,
analysing whether they are applicable and
how the tactics most in keeping with the
indirect style of play, such as control and
conservation of play , permanent support,
changes of direction, timing, rational
occupation of space,… both at the start of
play and in progression and finishing. Focus
on the suitability of the system and basics
developed for correct adaptation to the
style of play one wants to develop. All this
focused on the attacking aspects one wants
to develop more consistently to optimise
one's style of play
