GAME REAL SITUATION
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
GAME REAL SITUATIO RS Pressurising defensive style. SRD01

Real match situation, any size of pitch (depending on number of players ), between 2 teams of between 8 and 11 players , and any distribution at their level of competition (homogenous teams , first team vs. the rest,…).A model of play is established for each team (system, style and basics) similar or different, directed or not towards the situation to be developed in the weekend competition. The goal, via the task, is the consolidation and optimisation of those aspects connected with our style of play, worked on in the different tasks and contents developed previously. To this end the coach will observe and redirect in each team the main defensive tactics developed to neutralise the opposition play via our pressurising defensive style, in different situations. For this we will develop actions linked to pressure on the opposition, in both one zone of the pitch and another (more or less advanced, more or less in the middle,…), principally executing the main tactics of pressurising, rational occupation, anticipation, tackling, blocking passing lanes, etc. All of this taking into account the actions and style sought by the opposition in order to adapt our play accordingly.
