PROGRESS TECHNIC
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
PROGRESS TECHNIC 3x3+3 in 3 zones. TPR03

In a 24x14m rectangle divided into 3 zones, playing a 3x3 with 3 jokers inside, positioning 1 player per zone. The aim is to perform combinations between the 3 zones, when this occurs, a point is scored. Players cannot leave their zone. The number of touches can be limited although one can begin with no restrictions. Players change roles when the ball is stolen or possession lost and the jokers after a set time.

GAME REAL SITUATION
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
GAME REAL SITUATIO Basics of direct start of play SRO07

Real match situation, any size of pitch (depending on number of players ), between 2 teams of between 8 a 11 players , and any distribution at their level of competition(homogenous teams , first team vs. the rest,…).A model of play is established for each team (system, style and basics) similar or different, directed or not towards the situation to be developed in the weekend competition. Through the task we will seek the consolidation and optimisation of those aspects linked to the basics of our style of play , worked on in the different tasks and contents developed previously. To this end the coach will observe and redirect in each team the main tactical actions in starting developed play, in different situations. Play starts with the goalkeeper , with combinations between the latter and the first, second and third line of play in chain fashion, start of play after steal in different zones, strategic set-pieces,… maintaining main playing tactics connected with the start of elaborated play (control of play, permanent support, occupation of transversally deep spaces, analysis of passing lanes, and those linked to progression and finishing). All this focused on the attacking aspects one most wants to develop in one's team
