SESSION SPRING 11

SPECIFIC ACTION EXPLOSIVE - TECHNICAL
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
SPECIFIC ACTION EX Combined circuit explosive strength-spee FES02

Set up as in the diagram players perform a combination of explosive strength-speed actions in the middle of which players perform a finishing action, for the return continue with the sequence of actions . The players perform these at maximum intensity in the action part and very slowly between actions. In series of 5-6’ players perform 4-5 actions, which may include the following: A.multijumps with flexion frontal+left +frontal+right +frontal+exit B.Vertical strides 10m .C.Header at goal. D.Frontal run advancing 2 cones and retreating 1 + exit .E.Long lateral runs between poles + exit.

LEARNING LEVEL OBJECTIVES
All Development of elastic-explosive strength .
NUMBER OF PLAYERS VARIATIONS
8-10 Vary actions, distances, ...
TRIM-CCTS AVERAGES PROGRESSION
0.44 Increase series, repetitions, distances, ballast…
DIMENSIONS SERIES DURATION REST
50x50m. 3 5-6'/series 1' / rep and 3'
ASPECTS TO BE WORKED ON
1 Quality in execution of all actions
2 Maximum explosiveness in motor actions
3 Do not lose quality of physical exercise because of emphasis on technique
4 Respect rest times

DOMAIN-DRIBBLING
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
DOMAIN-DRIBBLING Consecutive circuit 9 actions. DRG09

As shown in the diagram and animation, players perform a sequence of 9 actions of
control-dribble starting from 3 different zones of the pitch orientated towards finishing. Players
perform the following sequence, the player executing those actions he sees fit for the dynamic
of movement established: Action of left wing : Action of 1x1 with interior exit + decide on deep
opponent to turn 60º on oneself + action of 1x1 to seek finishing inside + shot at goal .Action
of central position: Action of 1x1 at frontal pole with exit on either side + action of 1x1 at outside
pole with interior exit + Action of 1x1 at forward frontal pole for free exit + Action of finishing with
shot. Consecutive action of 1x1 at 3 of the 6 possible poles as chosen by the player, to finish
with shot after exit from the last. Analysis of the cancellation of the shot and previous choice.
The actions to be executed can be established previously and then executed as the player
chooses, or performed with no prior preparation .The players divide themselves between the 3
positions and after the pass or the shot, they will assume the same position, changing position
after a set time. There can also be a constant change of station after finishing the previous one.

LEARNING LEVEL OBJECTIVES
All Consolidate mechanisms of execution of non-perceptive dribbl
NUMBER OF PLAYERS VARIATIONS
All in 3 positions. Any variation of actions, sequences, finishing, position,…
TRIM-CCTS AVERAGES PROGRESSION
0.30 Increase emphasis on defense, Increase difficulty of sequence
DIMENSIONS SERIES DURATION REST
a 1/3 of field 3 4’ 1' / series
ASPECTS TO BE WORKED ON
1 Analyze mechanisms of execution of the action for its possible adaptation.
2 Generate perceptive dynamic in the use of each dribbling action applied to real
3 Use de both legs and both sides in all executive dynamics.
4 Analysis of situation of goalkeeper vis-à-vis our position for choice of finish
5 Greater awareness in more adapted technical resources facing different tactical

KEEPING TECHNIC
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
KEEPING TECHNIC 6x3 TMN02

In a 20x14m.rectangle, a 3x3 possession inside with 3 jokers (2 outside on the short sides and one inside). Maximum of 3 touches, with timed possession, changing possession when the ball is lost. Emphasis on spatial location, particularly on the unoccupied sides, combinations with the jokers ,…

LEARNING LEVEL OBJECTIVES
All Apply techniques developed in situations of reduced play
NUMBER OF PLAYERS VARIATIONS

ASPECTS TO BE WORKED ON
1 Permanent support, changes of orientation, playing back to goal, passing lanes,.
2 Control and slow down play, and speed of execution in 2nd progression
3 Width of spaces and correct interpretation effective passing lane for second act
