4x4+4 (2i-2o) in 2 zones. |
TPR01 |
In a 25x25m square, a possession of 4x4
players with 4 jokers (2 outside and 2 inside). The pitch is divided
into 2 zones in which 2 players from each team are positioned on either
side, as well as one of the interior jokers. The players cannot leave
their zone and the outside jokers can use the entire length of the
sideline. The aim is to combine with team-mates in the other zone via a
pass, following a series of previously established combinations (2-3
passes). Change roles after ball is lost or stolen and jokers change
after set time.

GAME REAL SITUATION |
HEADLAND |
EXERCISE |
CODE |
GAME REAL SITUATIO |
Situation RS 11x11 First eleven
orienta |
SRD14 |
Real match situation, on full-sized
pitch, between 2 teams of 11 players , one comprising the hypothetical
first team for the next match, and the other the rest of the players .A
model of play is established for each team directed towards the
situation to be developed in the weekend competition, the first team
with their own model and the rest simulating that of the rival. The
objective is, exclusively with the first team, the optimisation of
specific patterns of the team's play in order to neutralise the
opposition. To this end the coach will observe and redirect in each team
the main actions of the real game situation at a defensive level, such
as rational occupation of space , zonal superiority, covering, the
reduction of passing lanes, marking, tackling and the transition from
attack to defence. All of this logically, being a defensive content,
with particular emphasis on the defensive aspects of the development of
play, modifying patterns of play of the opposition according to the
general patterns of play of the weekend opposition.
