Set up as in the diagram, we seek a cross
directly into the area but we mark two arrival zones, either near or far
post. We position one player with the goalkeeper and 4 ready to shoot, 2
who will move forwards and 2 backwards in opposite directions, so that
when they pass one another, depending on the arrival zone established,
one pair will block the defenders of the others or vice versa. If we are
attacking the near post the players nearest to the ball, by attacking
the far post hinder the defenders of those attacking the near post
(blocking them) and if our objective is the far post, vice versa.
Important to bear in mind that the block should not be too obvious, in
order not to commit a foul.
