CIRCUITS
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
CIRCUITS Technical motor skills circuit 5 station CIN01

Circuit of 5 continuous stations linking actions of individual skill, dribbling, shots,… with motor actions. Players perform series of no more than 8-10’ and no more than 2-3 series. The stations are as follows: •1st Station: Right stepover and left stepover + Diagonal pass with outstep + length of stride. •2nd Station: Plantas diagonales 10m. + pass + wall-pass + shot left •3rd Station: Diagonal run backwards + control and turn + Dribble in slalom + instep pass •4th Station: alternate insteps + double stepover left + double stepover right + instep pass + Frequency hoops •5th Station: Dribble in zigzag + outstep pass + circles at 3 cones + exit.

COMBINATION INTERACTIONS COLECTIVE TECHNICS
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
COMBINATION INTERA Perceptive interpretation 2 COL08

As shown in the diagram and animation, players perform a sequence of movements between 6 players , starting and finishing at the same point. the players have total freedom to execute the movement they regard as appropriate and the technical action they choose, for the tactical optimization of said movement, given the tactical context that has generated said movement. The only action they cannot choose is the evolution of the combination, so they must always pass to the player established in the sequence, as follows: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to E and E to F.The start is to one side and to the other (B to A,….)There is no limit to the actions that can be performed, and players will use those developed in mechanized collective skills executed in earlier stages, developing actions like these: Supporting escape from marking in front of opponent and return to the supporting player, supporting escaping from marking to one side, behind,… Action of Wall-pass direct or slowed down, Action of support and timing,… Dribble to select opponent for said Subsequent action, generating free space,… Fast control-pass combinations, one touch combinations, actions of 1x1,….Of crucial importance is on the one hand verbal communication and above all gestural to know what action the receiver plans and for the taker to adjust accordingly , as well as the execution of each action (with or without ball ), as well as the executive mechanisms chosen for each action to be developed. Depending on the perceptive level of the players , this freedom of action can be executed: Only in certain positions. Choosing only between 2 pre-established movements. Choosing the type of sequence, but after choosing it executing the pre-established one. Performing intermediate double combinations. Etc.

CONTROL-RECEIVING
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
CONTROL-RECEIVING Control pairs 7m behind cone CON01

Following the structure of the cones, each pair positions itself at the cones either in front or behind them. Players perform exchanges between the 2 varying the type of control progressively. We will use the cones as a reference to execute controls with turn behind them, to leave on the opposite side to entry, and the most basic ones are executed in front. Simple controls with 2 touches, one touch, same foot, opposite foot, backwards, after feint,…parallel, diagonal, lateral,…
