SESSION FALL 01

CIRCUITS
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
CIRCUITS Technical motor skills circuit pre-shot CIN02

Circuit of 3 stations towards 3 goals previously executing a chain of motor actions to finish with a finishing action. Players perform series of no more than 6’ and between 3-6 series. The stations are as follows: •1st Station: Frequency double in hoops + somersault + zigzag + shot with instep•2nd Station: lateral run between poles + 3 multis with low flexion + 2 turns round cone + shot with top of foot •3rd Station: Skipping 10m + pass under/over hurdle + skapping (heels to backside) +header.

DEVELOPER
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
DEVELOPER FNP Method FLD01

Based on the diagram, routine comprising 3 stretching drills for each muscle group. Basing themselves on these exercises, players execute a task for improving flexibility via this method which consists of 3 partes:1.Primero Players perform a stretch holding the muscle in question for 15’’.2.Subsequently Players perform an exercise to contract and stimulate this muscle, and thus limit miotactic reflex and sensation of pain.3.Subsequently Players perform a new deeper stretch facilitated by previous phase for 15-20’’.

LEARNING LEVEL OBJECTIVES
All Development of flexibility

HANDLING-DRIVING
HEADLAND EXERCISE CODE
HANDLING-DRIVING Dribbling per station circuit 1 MCN05

As shown in the diagram and animation, players perform a circuit of dribbling actions per station
of 6 actions for a set time. The actions to be performed will be established previously and
performed at the corresponding station. Different challenges can be presented for each player
to solve with the dribble they choose. The variety of actions can be as extensive as the coach
sees fit, with the following sequence of dribbles for this drill:1.- Dribble in slalom.2.-Dribble in
Zig-Zag.3.- Dribble alternating instep and outstep.4.- Dribble with lateral roll (lateral protection).5.-
Diagonal dribble with outstep (diagonal protection).6.- Backwards dribble with sole(dorsal protection).
