Motor displacements in pairs |
EGL01 |
in pairs over 20 m. players run different races towards the
coach, jogging back on the outside. The different movements can
be for example: Run forwards and/or backwards. Lateral runs to
both sides, alternately or to one side only. Diagonal runs
forwards and backwards. Runs incorporating jumps, turns, arm
movements,… Runs in zigzag, slalom, … Runs with turns, changes
of direction… …

3 motor stations with poles. |
EGL02 |
The group is divided into 3 stations and players perform
repeated timed motor actions culminating with specific shooting
practice. 3 series of 4-5’ (approximately 4 actions per player),
which can be varied as necessary. The drills will be as
follows:1.One support between poles + jump over-under hurdle+
slalom + header 2.Double support between poles + support between
hoops + Zigzag + Shot with instep 3.Triple contact poles +
somersault + wide horizontal slalom + shot with instep

Motor relays in 2 lines |
EGL03 |
Group divided into 2 lines (if we have enough material we
establish more lines, this way the children will need less
recovery time and will be able to perform more actions), players
perform relays after combination of motor actions. The actions
can vary, but in this drill we present the following option, you
can make as many combinations as you choose: •Start. Wide slalom
between cones. Pass over hurdle. Pass under hurdle. Jump hoops
feet together. Sprint to pole. Turn around pole and sprint back.
Alternate actions without ball , with ball in the hand and with
ball at feet.

Globalised motor skills circuit 3 |
EGL04 |
Circuit of motor skills with emphasis on different types of
movement and turns, for subsequent 2x1 work. Station 1: Striker
escapes marking to provide support towards the coach, with break
into space created if ball not received at feet. Turn to be made
whilst looking at ball. Station 2: Lateral run to central cone.
Station 3: defender runs backwards with recovery of position for
2x1 defence. The coach chooses the type of pass: to the forward
in support, after breaking into the space left behind him, or to
the wing's break into space.
